How quickly will we hear back?
We reply to every written enquiry within one working day. If your message arrives on a Friday afternoon, expect an answer on the following Monday rather than a weekend auto-reply.
Do you work with clients outside Sarawak?
Yes. The studio is based in Sibu, but much of the work runs remotely with scheduled sittings at the office or at the client site. Time zones are planned at the start of an engagement so that review meetings never land at an unreasonable hour.
What should the first message contain?
Three short paragraphs: what the organisation does, which process is going wrong, and what a good outcome would look like. That is enough for us to decide whether a client brief desk session is worth scheduling.
